Established in 1932 by leading dermatologist, Dr Michael Southwick, Cedel is one of Australia’s most trusted and well-established hair and oral care brands. Launching with Cedel Soap, a breakthrough treatment for hair and scalp, Cedel soon developed into a much-loved household name.

When Cedel Hairsprays were introduced in the 1960s, women fell for the unique gentle fragrance, their firm hold and amazing brush-out ability. 

Australian owned and made, Cedel continues to develop innovative, high quality hair care and oral care products that people love and use every day.

Cedel’s strong hair category includes much-loved products such as Cedel Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and Cedel Hair Gel, and the clever new additions - Cedel Dry Shampoo and Cedel Dry Shampoo for Dark Hair.  And let’s not forget Cedel’s oral care range.  Launched in the 1970’s, it remains a firm fixture in thousands of Australian bathrooms.
